The ambience was warm and welcoming. The concierge named Keith went in my opinion went above expectations making sure we got to see a show on Broadway that was affordable and could accommodate an odd number of people (3) on short notice.

The rooms ara spacious, cozy and comfortable with nice design. They were very attentive, kind and helpful. Yudelka at front desk is exceptional in customer care.

Things were perfect for our stay. There is nothing to complain about it.

We recently stayed at the Prince Kitano Hotel for two nights and had a very good experience. The hotel is elegantly designed with a refined, quiet atmosphere that offers a calm retreat from the hustle of Midtown Manhattan. Our room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged, with a beautiful view and quality amenities. The Japanese-inspired decor and hospitality were noticeable and added a unique charm to our stay. The location is also excellent—close to Grand Central Station, yet tucked away on a quieter street, making it convenient but peaceful. Staff were courteous, professional, and attentive to any requests. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and well-managed. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the Prince Kitano to anyone looking for a high-quality, serene experience in the heart of New York City.

Everything was nice, compared to the comments/reviews we was a little skeptical but upon arrival we were treated with the upmost respect. I didn’t get the young man’s name it as soon as we walked in the hotel he knew who we were and helped us so much. We’ll definitely coming back and we will definitely choose this hotel. :)

I picked this hotel last minute due to a last minute cancellation of another reservation, and I mostly made my choice based on location, which was fantastic. I'm so impressed and it will definitely be a top choice to come back to! The room is clean and small, but with everything you might need: ample storage, a good coffee maker with good coffee, a good size bathroom, nice toiletries, big towels, a comfortable bed, chocolates and apples in the room every day, nice coffee and pastries in the morning included, and good wifi. Additionally, my birthday happened to be during my trip and when I returned to my room after work, the staff had surprised me with some sweet treats! 100% recommend.

Great location. Couldn't find anything else decent at this price, and this was great if you're looking for a cozy place mainly to sleep. Room was small, but actually larger than I thought based on other reviews.

The hotel room was so cozy and comfortable. We had two twin beds that were extremely comfortable. The breakfast down stairs in the attached restaurant Serafina was wonderful. Highly recommend the restaurant for dinner as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. I love that they were able to provide transportation to and from the hotel to Laguardia Airport. That was so helpful to not have to worry about calling for a taxi or Uber. The price for the hotel car was the same as an Uber/Taxi.
