.Newly renovated Extended Stay Hotel 31 is conveniently Located in the heart of New York City on 31st Street between Lexington and Park Avenue South.. Starting January 1st,2022 we are no longer accepting transient guests. Guest can book minimum 30 days or longer. We provide daily maid service. All the rooms have TVs, air conditioning, free local telephone calls, 5 G free Wi-Fi. and mini fridge. Microwave available in Common room on the ground floor. The 24-hour staff at Hotel 31 provides concierge services and luggage storage.
