Staff was friendly. Bed was very comfortable, and housekeeping was really good. Restaruant was a fun spot to hang out.

Brand new luxury condo building in walking distance of Rice university! They’re utilizing a few studios for short term stays. They’re incredible! Beautiful area. Wonderful building and amenities!

Location was extremely central and convenient for what we needed. Property is very attractive and not the typical, mundane sort of hotel. Fun lounge for a nightcap after we returned from dinner. Room was stylish and fun. Absolutely fantastic mattress and pillows!

Jessica, assured me I could keep my car parked in their lot even though I checked out that morning and could call them for the shuttle from the hospital to pick me up. I was a checked out guest receiving guest services! Who does that! Marriott!
