Best location, clean , good breakfast

Beautiful location, room was gorgeous and clean, amenities were very nice. The location was perfect for what we needed, and we also really enjoyed the complimentary coffee the next morning. We found this hotel at a phenomenal price, which was great, but not sure it would be completely worth it at its full price, since it's on the pricier side.

Staff was super friendly. Walking distance to T-Mobile park and pikes place.

The place was beautiful, and the staff was wonderful, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful with questions about the downtown area. Their local knowledge and willingness to assist made the stay even more enjoyable.

The location was amazing - being close to our concert at Benaroya Hall and a short walk to Pike Place Market! From the valet parking our car at check in until we checked out, all the staff were friendly and responsive. Our room was large with a big bathroom. We really liked the hot chocolate with multiple syrups and marshmallows at check in. Between 5-6, there was free wine and pizza in the beautiful lobby. Coffee and coffee syrups (better than the offsite coffee shop we went to) were available in the morning along with tea.

This is no frills, but the price point is fair and the staff was available and helpful. What we needed was provided. It was right in Capitol Hill convenient to bus stops and the train station, Seattle University, Seattle Central College, and Swedish Medical center and surrounded by coffee shops and reasonable restaurants. It could not have been more perfect for our needs.

The location was great. Restaurants, malls and stores close by. Walked from hotel to the Market & Pier most days, but we don’t mind walking a bit to get around. Uber’s we a great option as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got to the hotel at night and wondered what the empty shelves by the elevators were for. It was a pleasant surprise in the morning when they were full of hot coffee, fruit, granola bars, cereal, milk, juice and yogurt, especially on the days when the breakfast room was busy. Was wonderful to walk over and grab coffee (with flavoured creamers I might add) and head back to the room and enjoy. I believe this was on each floor. There is a great little Italian place right next door to the hotel as well as a star bucks and subway across the street. Lots of unique restaurants nearby as well. We were accidentally charged for room service our kids paid for with cash and when I asked about it at check out there were no problems getting our money back. There is a cute little pub to sit at in the common area as well as nice cold ice water set out to drink. This was important to us as it was very hot during our time in Seattle. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Was a great bang for our buck!

The breakfast in the early morning was nice and healthy, and the coffee gave you strength to start your day. The hotel is located in a quite enough place to escape the busy Seattle. The room on the top floors has a serene view toward the harbor, and I would recommend you not to lower the shades so that you can enjoy the sunrise coming from the window when you wake up. The Internet-of-Things feature of the room had an alarm clock that started with soft street sounds that gradually became louder, and the staff was really helpful to watch over my luggage before I departed the city late in the afternoon.

Hotel location is near Pike Market. Hotel staff are very nice and helpful. Hotel rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.
