I like the location and the staff. The staff that checked me in was very nice. She gave some concessions on check in time, check out time, and some privileges because of my long stay.

service was great! we arrived at an earlier check in time and they accomodated us without any problem. Walking distance to Brooklyn bridge and to amazing restaurants.

Location to Barclay Center was great! Staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

You literally get what you see

ACE has the most comfortable & biggest bed I've ever slept in. Everything looks incredible - the design is fantastic. I loved playing the records on the record player that came with the room. The Internet is brilliant! Lots of co-working space. An amaz!ing cafe located within the hotel that does amazing pastel de natas! Didn't use the mini bar but it looked amazing ACE is located in a neighborhood which is growing exponentially. There was everything around - some incredible resturants and cafes and bookstores - all a 5 min walk away. Brooklyn Bridge a 30-40 min walk & subway stop from/to JFK & Manhattan across the road! Massive shout out to the woman who checked me in, she was amazing and so so so helpful! A credit to the hospitality industry. I wish I knew her name, to give her proper credit. Fantastic staff all around.

Food was good and nice variety. Front desk staff was very pleasant and informative d native. Liked on lot parking.

The place is very close to the train station (Union St) and near 5th Avenue where there are many restaurant options. From the moment we checked in, all the staff were very friendly, especially Daniel, who recommended nearby places to eat, the route to take the train to different destinations. Very comfortable rooms to rest, very clean, closet to organize clothes and with everything necessary for the kitchen (kitchen utensils, plates, glasses and equipment). Varied American breakfast included in our stay and solved times when we wanted to have a quick breakfast to make the most of the day. The use of laundry was also a must since it solved a lot for us since there was no laundry extremely close. On rainy days they were very kind and provided us with umbrellas. 100% recommended the hotel in all aspects. (Cleanliness, service, location).
