As a solo female traveler, I booked my reservation and spoke with Paige, who was great. My last experience in Lake Charles, was not good at another hotel. I felt so unsafe I had to call the police. This time! Wow.. 360 degrees of excellence! I was so pleased with everything! Paige and the night front receptionist were great. I will be making this place my hotel of choice in Lake Charles when coming through town. Thank you for my wonderful and super comfortable stay! I slept like a rock! 5 stars!
