I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The gentleman with the blond hair at the front desk was incredibly professional and friendly. He swiftly handled the check-in process and made me feel warmly welcomed. Not only him, but the rest of the staff were also fantastic. The amenities provided were top-notch, and the breakfast was a real treat. The cleanliness of the hotel, as well as the attentive housekeeping, really stood out to me. I have to say, everything was just perfect during my stay. Thank you so much for such a great experience!

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Location, cleanliness, and most of all, the staff! Kiara was really nice. She checked me in and did a good job. Also, the guy at the front desk on the 1st floor helped me with a forgotten item when i checked out my room. Orlando AC hotel is 5x better than the Miami location. People in Orlando are much nicer! Their toilets work, and they have a microwave. It changes everything. The valet person outside the hotel was also cool!

I loved this hotel!! It was super unique and cozy!! The location is great to get just about anywhere. I had 2 of my places that were less than 5 mins away. I loved that at the desk they also had a book that showed different venues and food places near the hotel. This was a great find and I will return again!!

Hotel was in an excellent location, about 10 minutes walk from Church Street Station. It is next to a highway, but we couldnt hear any noise from within the room. Room was clean and spacious and the shower was excellent.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The beds and pillows was very comfortable, the location is great, it's close to food and shopping. The staff was very friendly especially Andrea who took care of us at check in, and also gave us a few recommendations. This hotel is 10/10!

Location was great, walking distance to restaurants and facilities, staff were really lovely, in particular Giancarlo on reception who was so great! Breakfast was good, and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly.

It was Great, cause I Drink Coffee ☕️ and I like that have Good Coffee.

The room was clean and a nice size for 2 people. And Mr. Darnell was a great help who went above and beyond to make sure it was acceptable.
