The beds, decor, staff and location! Pool bar was fantastic with large drink selection and great views. Didn’t take advantage of the pool as it was quite small.

Everything was beautiful! The staff was really attentive and helpful at all times, the breakfast was delicious and the room was soooo comfortable and clean. We loved everything about our stay!

Quaint older hotel with updated furnishings and friendly staff. The location was wonderful. We could walk to everything you'd want to do in downtown NOLA and there were tons of bars, resteraunts, diners, shopping, and tourist spots nearby. The price was very affordable for the stay. The bed was also very comfortable, which is rare for a hotel.

I love the aesthetic and the size of room. They have someone in the front all the time and I was able to get help with a hair dyer.

Previous reviews not good but booked at last minute and wanted on St. Charles. Omg, location fantastic for carnival and staff busted ass for all drunks, stupid and both. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Things go wrong in an extremely busy hotel but they were on it fast. I can not fault this hotel for all they endure. Location was recommended for carnival and mardi Gras....YES!!! Tip your staff and Kenneth the bar tender. Tip him enough and you'll be guaranteed a spot at the bar during super bowl. Lol Thank you Blake for checking off my stay from bucket list!!!! Don't be a high maintenance shop and you will enjoy your stay. Keep in mind this is nola...every thing and every one is busting ass. This hotel is perfectly located in 5-10 minutes walk to all New Orleans attractions and historical quarters. Staff is professional, friendly, efficient. Rooms are spacious, extra clean, well working facilities, quiet yet effective AC (actually, the best working AC throughout our 1-month travel in the USA), great beds. Plus parking, free breakfast (minimal but good quality), communal washers and dryers... And you can enjoy an outside pool and a jacuzzi! For its location and price its the BEST accomodation you can get!

They were super kind enough to send us a staff to fix a problem during midnight. It’s very convenient located in front of a supermarket.

Amazing location with easy access to French quarter and Garden District. Tram line directly out the front (however it doesn’t run during Mardi Gras - due to parades). Parades literally at your front door. Super comfy bed and pillows! Spacious. Clean. Kitchen allows you to make your own meals if required. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Great space, perfect location and within walking distance to almost everywhere in the French Quarter. Lots of restaraunts and bars very close by. Apartment was very clean and spacious, while inside there was no noise from outside. Would definitely recommend.

The entire property was exceptionally clean! The staff was great as well. My husband and I loved our king suite. Whenever we visit New Orleans, this will be our go to spot. It was in the perfect place being that we were walking. 10/10 recommended!

Room was a good size and I had a room that faced the street, which was extremely comfortable.
