It was close to everything we were doing

Great flat with a very nice rooftop pool. Our flight landed early and we were allowed to check in several hours ahead of time - most appreciated! On the day of departure, our flight left late so we stored our luggage at reception and even were allowed to use the pool for an hour (well after check out).

Brillant location for broadway. Amazing large room with fantastic view. Staff were warm, friendly and helpful.

The location was great, so close to the bars downtown. The staff and service was good. The room was comfortable.

First the staff of sentral SoBro is fantastic. Answering and solving any problem immediately and efficiently.. it is very clean. The rooms and beds are wonderful and there is everything you need .great gym. Wonderful pool. Beautiful meeting or sitting room on pool level to meet outside of the room or to be alone

The room and entire hotel was very clean and put together. The room was very large and bathroom was extremely clean. Hotel was quite and not disruptive.

The bartender was super nice but not so honest. I added a Pic of the bartender so you know who was adding her own additional tip to our credit card.

Beautifully decorated hotel with sophisticated bar area overlooking the pool. Bedrooms are very good. A 20 minute walk from city centre and Broadway, fine in the daytime, not so good at night.

Immediate check-in that was great for my luggage and to use the pool. The pool is great too and the bed super comfy!

World class...phenomenal service! I felt like a celebrity! ... Renaissance completed every request and more... everything was done swiftly...this hotel and staff was a gem!
