I really like that everything is brand new, and the staff make the difference, they are super kind and attentive

Middle of downtown NY, walking distance to Radio city music hall, Central Park and time square. Valet parking. Smiling and courteous employees.

Location is fantastic and since this hotel is located on the top floors, most of the rooms have a nice view. The rooms are fairly large by NY standards and each includes coffee/tea, etc. Be fare warned, the hotel is a Hilton and therefore the shops in the lobby are very expensive. I think a breakfast sandwich is like $15 or something. But there's several places nearby so that wasn't a big deal.

Location was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. Walk to Times Square, theatres, in minutes.

One of the best mobile apps available. Better than bonvoy. Relatively calm street adjacent to Times Square, so close to everything. Room was clean and equipped with everything. There’s also a nice lobby.

Everything was nice, compared to the comments/reviews we was a little skeptical but upon arrival we were treated with the upmost respect. I didn’t get the young man’s name it as soon as we walked in the hotel he knew who we were and helped us so much. We’ll definitely coming back and we will definitely choose this hotel. :)

Very elegant, and effortlessly luxurious. It delivers that true New York glamour, but for what made my stay impeccable was service. Their whole staff team is amazing! Attentive, discreet, and always one step ahead, making everything feel perfectly taken care of. Can’t wait to be back!

We loved the location! Bed, curtains with complete blackout and that the bathroom had a toilet shower!

Everything brand new and comfortable

All the staff were super friendly especially Agim in the restaurant and Charlie the concierge.

The breakfast is amazing, and the employees are extremely helpful and kind. If you are a Hilton Honors member, you get gifts here and there. I spent my birthday there and it was a pleasure! The location is close to everything -although Times Square can be a bit obnoxious-.
