Great service, helpful and friendly staff.

The staff!! Check in went on very smoothly. Staff very educated and even offered a late snack since I was arriving very late.

Nice, clean .. bar and also breakfast in the morning.

The location, the staff, the convenience of valet, the bar, the cleanliness, everything was nice.

The staff were cheerful and very helpful. They saved us $ by suggesting the parking garage as opposed to valet parking. Housekeeping did a great job each day. Rooms very quiet and the bedding was comfortable.

Everything, it was a pleasant experience since we arrived. Clean facilities, kind people, delicious food, comfortable, well located... What else could we ask for?

Curated and neat, the hotel rooms are full of pleasant details, the atmosphere is that of a post-modern elegant séjour. The pool offers a grand view, cabanas and cocktail service. Location is great for activities in nature at the bayou and for catching fancy eats in the nearby downtown. Hotel offers a free shuttle service within 3 miles radium, that’s value
