location!!!! we explored the market and walked to the space needle, the staff were truly helpful plus the japanese restaurant right outside was really good!

The location was amazing - being close to our concert at Benaroya Hall and a short walk to Pike Place Market! From the valet parking our car at check in until we checked out, all the staff were friendly and responsive. Our room was large with a big bathroom. We really liked the hot chocolate with multiple syrups and marshmallows at check in. Between 5-6, there was free wine and pizza in the beautiful lobby. Coffee and coffee syrups (better than the offsite coffee shop we went to) were available in the morning along with tea.

The entire staff from management, to front desk, to bell hops to servers in the restaurant literally amazing and unbelievably kind and professional.

It was decorated really well and had a cozy feeling to it. Great location! 1 block from Pike Place Market and very walkable. Clean rooms, comfy bed. Loved it!

The kitchen was complete, loved it! It had everything i needed for cooking. The living room is spacious and the beds are nice. The location is amazing.

This hotel was very accommodating. We went there to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived so they upgraded us to an executive suite with a better view. When we go back to the room that evening there was an ice bucket with champagne and 2 glasses with a Happy Birthday note for my husband. Later that evening we got a call saying the suite we were in needed maintenance and unfortunately they had to move us again. This time they upgraded us to rhe PENTHOUSE!!!! Both rooms were amazing. The penthouse was huge!!! Everyone was extremely nice and the service was excellent. Definitely will be back.

Would probably have to say location but don’t want to discount everything else. Staff was amazing and facilities were clean and very well kept!

Hotel location is near Pike Market. Hotel staff are very nice and helpful. Hotel rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was excellent! The bar in the lobby was excellent! The coffee shop in the lower level was excellent! Love the place and will plan on returning soon.
