Everything! The setting is so beautiful and quiet, Shaban so warmly welcomed me on my arrival, and it was one of the most deluxe hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The bathroom was beautiful and the bath was DIVINE. The whole space has a very cozy feeling. I WILL stay next time I’m in Prishtinë

The place is renovated and have breakfast also the it’s in the center so no need to walk or use transportation

The hotel owner was very supportive both in introducing the city and making us comfortable in the hotel. We couldn't have breakfast to catch our flight, so he was very kind to offer us snacks. He also speaks Turkish, so guests traveling from Türkiye will find it very easy to communicate with him. The hotel is within walking distance to many tourist attractions. The room was very clean. Technical details such as internet connection, hot water etc. were quite good.

First , the customer service was great A lovely lady and two gentlemen ready to help you any time * Warm, inviting , rustic and modern design hallway and rooms. *Room cleaned/spotless *Within 200 feet you have everything , Pizza Hallall, pharmacy,coffee restaurant, bakery, grocery store ect.

I liked the way the hotel staff made us feel very welcome. They were friendly, accommodating and genuine. The location was good and the room was also good for the reting of the hotel. It was a very clean hotel. the value for money is very good.

Excellent location and amazing staff. Super helpful and great communication, even when my flight got really delayed and had to do check in at 2am Room was big and clean, fresh towels. On Monday was a bank holiday and the staff cooked breakfast even though the restaurant was closed They had private parking for my rental car which was an extra bonus.
