We were all quite disappointed by the stayed. This is not a hotel! It is a B&B or should be advertised as an airb&b. The breakfast was not worth 25 USD! We had to cook our own eggs, and it was not even served to us! The weather was horrible and we had to kept our selves caved in our premises. We saw Anna, the person who received us only once. We regreat terribly staying at this “ hotel”. The only reason we booked it was because was recommended by Conde Nast as one of Small Luxury hotels, but it is obviously not a hotel. It is a bed and breakfast.

Located in Mafra, 19 miles from Sintra National Palace and 21 miles from Quinta da Regaleira, Tapada Nacional de Mafra provides mountain views and free WiFi.

Beautiful location in a wildlife preserve, formerly a royal game park and lodge. It was filled with hiistoric photos, paintings, and furniture. Rain kept us from the hike that was included with our stay, but it would have been a wonderful addition. We had a nice, if pricy, breakfast there, for which they need a 48 hour notice. Our host, Ana, was extremely friendly and helpful in every way.

Located in Ericeira, Terra Lodge has accommodations with a year-round outdoor pool, free WiFi, a garden and a shared lounge.

I absolutely loved Terra Lodge. The decor is fun and eclectic. The rooms are simple yet completely comfortable. The shared kitchen is absolutely amazing with everything you need and more.

Conveniently set in a central area of Lisbon, Alfama Premium offers river views and a terrace.
