I liked the garden and the pool, and the atmosphere, in general, was excellent. The house is as advertised on booking.com. Breakfast was a highlight for me. The hosts are so friendly. I struggled to find the place, so I arrived at the hotel at 11:12 pm. Chris waited for me, and I checked in.

Loved it was so peaceful and tranquil Brenda was beyond all levels of incredible she went over and above to accommodate us! There was issue with wifi she came immediately to sort it There was issue with plug she sorted She is gold! We were in the wagon suite it was heaven! We will be coming back this weekend and stay a regular basis! Do i get further discounts! The staff are all lovely and friendly. They arranged the airport pick up for me at short notice and helped me plan and book excursions with the locals. I did an afternoon private tour of Soweto and parts of JNB. The next day they told me where to walk to pick up the complimentary red bus tour shuttle in Sandton. The room was lovely, private and secure. The common areas homely. Food delicious. Fantastic breakfast in nice surroundings. Secure fence around the property with a 24 hr security guard. They have a pool but I did not use it.

Airport Bird & Game Lodge is located next to bushland 6.2 mi north of Johannesburg International Airport. It features lush landscaped gardens, an outdoor swimming pool and free airport shuttle.

Louis, the ladies and the lady chef were the best 👌 the pool was clean it's a pity we could not swim as it was raining and cold, we were so free and happy we definitely going back in summer
