Beautiful location for a perfect relaxing weekend. Friendly and accommodating staff that make you feel so welcome. Breakfast was fantastic

The staff (Bissa in particular) was very helpful in facilitating my arrival and leaving luggage behind while I was on the Garden Route. Their communication was terrific and the restaurant was nice.

But this lodge is easy to spot if you follow these: * The lodge's building is just in front of the Waldorf Arcade building's entrance at Burg Street (pictured) * Look for the pink-gated blue door (pictured); use the doorbell for the receptionist to let you in * Once you are inside the building, use the stairs for the 2nd floor, where the lodge is

Very large room with a king-size bed & lovely linen. Hosts went out of their way to make my stay comfortable, giving advice on nearby restaurants & shops. Conveniently located near to shops and highway. Would definitely book it again

Amazing property!! The space is just beautiful!! The hostess and staff are wonderful, and the breakfasts are treat!! My room was compact but still comfortable and perfectly suitable for 1 person. I didn't want to leave!!

Big rooms, very clean, fantastic breakfast.

We are a multi-generational family, and meeting our needs can be quite hard. Blackheath Lodge exceeded our expectations in every way... the location, the staff, the food, the room! Every single aspect of our stay was amazing. I rarely write reviews, but this property deserves it. Shoutout to the whole staff, who ensured my 82-year-old mother was taken care of at every turn! I can't say enough about this property!

Nice and quiet. Good secure parking. I liked the trees and the unique crafted benches. Nice secluded feel even though you are so close to the suburbs and train station. Would be a nice setting for a group of friends getting together and having a barbecue Value for money.
