I arrived and there were live bullets in the neighborhood...canceled the reservation but owner refused to offer refund. Felt quite unsafe. There was also limited internet access.

The owner himself is not friendly he is racist he gave my number to one of the African Guys when was asking for directions. His welcomes was cold. He is abusing the Guy making him to do all the domestic work..and all the erands. Not to mention the dirty shower doors are filty they need proper cleaning by female. I overall I will never visit the place again. The whole place smells tobacco If you want to cook you must lay extra cash mxm

The friendly staff who were extremely efficient and pleasant...

The friendly staff who were extremely efficient and pleasant. The room contained every comfort and the breakfast was very tasty. The hotel is very well maintained and smart. It's within a stones throw of the airport and the shuttle is easy to access both at the airport and hotel. I was able to get to my early flight in good time.

More food specials especially durong week and not only weekends. Food was delicious and would definitely eat there again (special or not) Please, and I have been askong it for years., get like shadecloth for guests staying at hotel. If I had to stay for a week or more, the sun would have burnt my car and probably cracked a window or dashboard.. I stayednthere before and always requested this

I was concerned about the location of the hotel, but it turned out to be safe, during the day I walked to the mall, night time I caught ubers. The location was perfect in terms of being centralised for the errands and places I needed to be going to. All in all, it met all my needs, and was very pleasant

Disgusting place in a disgusting area.

Disgusting place in a disgusting area. There were prostitutes standing 50 meters from the gates. The area is full of druggies and drunks. Staff couldn't speak basic English. All over the place were signs that said NO REFUNDS....its there for a reason. Payed for 5 nights left after the first...without a refund.

Only stayed for one night after a long flight from Canada...

Only stayed for one night after a long flight from Canada which arrives only 22:00 at night. My experience of the hotel is good especially in this circumstance. A comfortable bed and nice hot shower are always necessary after such a long travel. The quietness of the hotel was great to get a good night's sleep.

This is not the first time we have spent time at this lodge...

This is not the first time we have spent time at this lodge and will always come back as the Hotel is always neat and friendly staff . Breakfast and dinners are outstanding and the fact that they are close to the Grand West Casino makes it so much more attractive. My wife and i enjoy the theatre shows and staying over instead of driving home late at night makes it worth our while. Will be back soon again.

What I liked the most was the price and how it was close to...

What I liked the most was the price and how it was close to everything- Road and tour wise. What I didn’t like was the cleanliness of the room, bathroom, and kitchen. The state of furniture - some were broken or torn like the curtain and bathroom towel.

Don’t stay there. The area is totally unsafe. Even the uber guys they don’t even go there. When we arrived at the place we decided not to stop and go to a different location, even we had already paid for the room.

Staying over night was the best

Staying over night was the best The place is still new but is good space for you and your partner, the cleanliness was 💯 % good just the water for show warm water was limited no fridge no microwave no smoking area place must smoke outside and it was very cold but it was fantastic to do a over night, like I say they still new in this game so as time fly they will be come better.
