South AfricaThe "pet friendly room" we booked was not the room given to us. We had no warm water, no wifi connection. The bathroom was disgusting, bedding was dirty, the mattress had a cigarette burn in it, room floor was not cleaned or vacuumed in a long time. The staff lady was incredibly rude and does not have the right attitude to welcome or serve guests.Its a shame because the grounds are well kept and so much potential. But they must clearly state/advertise what rooms you wil get if you bring pets. On a positive, the manager and food is decent

Lovely game lodge. The accommodation was spacious and well appointed.
The dinner was really good as well as the breakfast.

It is located on a game farm, and is set up like a Safari Lodge, there are plenty of animals roaming around the grounds.
There is a large grassy area outside the rooms so you have a great view of the game from the rooms.
The rooms are luxurious with large double bed and private bathroom.
