We loved the little thatched cottages, the location, the pool was sensational (although more shade would be beneficial) and we loved breakfast and the lounge and bar area, it was all fabulous

It felt like home from home with upmarket facilities. The staff, especially Adam, were so warm and engaging. The meals were excellent too. Our bathroom in room 11 was a treat.

Our stay at Pennywise was great. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff is simply amazing. The cottages are very clean, have all the necessary little things, including anti-mosquito lotion, coffee, tea, soap, etc. On site there is a well-equipped kitchen and parking. The manager Cyril was very attentive and always in touch, answered all our questions immediately. My family and I are very happy with the choice of accommodation. You will not find a better value for money. If these cottages are available for your dates - book without hesitation! My recommendation 100%

My stay at Tabokana House was lovely. The property was very cute and comfortable, and felt very new and clean. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, but it was very easy to get into center Victoria Falls. Everyone working here was so incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay exceptional. They helped me to book activities such as a sunset cruise and a day trip safari to Chobe National Park when I arrived, including Joseph driving me down to the tour company office so I could pay for my bookings. Breakfast was included and made to order, and coffee and tea was always available throughout the day in the common area. I was there as a solo traveler for a few days and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable- I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!

Was a very peaceful location; meals were excellent; wildlife was abundant, especially the birds; staff was very personable; the person taking care of the landscaping caught on quickly that we were bird watchers and brought to our attention some great birds we would have missed; the HUGE mother tree on the grounds was very special

My stay at Victoria Falls River Lodge – Zambezi Crescent was absolutely incredible. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The service was outstanding, and the staff truly made the experience unforgettable. Everyone—from the chef to the grounds staff—was warm, welcoming, and dedicated to ensuring a top-tier experience. The rooms have a beautiful rustic exterior while offering modern comfort inside. The property itself is stunning, and I found it worth every penny. My tour guide, Mike, was hospitable and thoughtful, making every excursion even more enjoyable. The woman who handled laundry and ironing went above and beyond—her attention to detail was truly appreciated. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to add more lighting around the property, but that’s a minor note in an otherwise flawless stay. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this lodge—10/10! A fantastic experience all around.

The property is certainly 5 Stars. The landscaping, staff and service are exceptional. The thatch styled rooms fit in perfect with the rural location and very elegant. We were pampered like royalty. This is the best property we've booked with Booking.com and we have booked over 100 properties.
