Off the charts good! Everything you need and almost everything you dream of. Clean, newer property w tons of amenities like pool and gym and a place to cook. Rooms are better than I deserved. Owners were kind and accommodating and even got up early and fried me a couple eggs. Yes it’s out of town and off the beaten path and just feels like someone invited you into their family.

This resort was definitely a heaven in true nature - located right in the middle of rain forrest in Chiangmai. The house that we stayed in was next to the stream and surrounded by trees and nature. We could hardly see other rooms or guests. Definitely a true escape from this crazy world and definitely a repeat stay again and again.

Loved our stay, very simple place about 90 minutes from Chaing Mai airport. Beautiful forest, good food. The birds are shy but we saw them and lots of beautiful butterflies. Nice hot shower and owner picked us up and brought us back to the airport for a reasonable 2000 Baht. He offered to bring us to the national park but we saw so much around the area that we never got there!

Nice room, big fridge, microwave, good lighting, very clean. Plus a good spread of complimentary food and drink which was much appreciated. Even had coffee beans and a grinder to make fresh coffee.

Very beautiful, peaceful and a pristine piece of property. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The manager spoke excellent English and was very helpful in recommendations. The dinner buffet was absolutely delicious, and the entertainment was very well put together. There is no air conditioning, but you don’t need it, I actually needed a sweater. No TV, which was wonderful, it made it that much more peaceful.
