The location was outstanding, the view of the river was a huge bonus (including the ability to open the windows), the staff were friendly and prompt, and the whole facility was very clean and tidy.

The location was just a few steps from Hirai station, making it very convenient. Walking around the area, it's very safe, not seedy at all, with lots of small businesses and cafes available. The room was comfortable with lots of amenities. The bathroom was especially nice. Breakfast being free and included was a bonus, and it was a little simple but a nice start to the day. Plus, some ice cream never hurt.

I booked this thinking "adults only" OK, they don't want kids. When I got there I realized what they really meant as they also booked rooms "by the hour". LOL HOWEVER, the location was good, the price was reasonable and it was very clean. The room was large, the bathroom alone being bigger than the entire room I had in Tokyo even had a small private sauna. Breakfast, served in the room (although exactly the same both days I was there) was simple but good. To be honest, it was pretty funny but 100% would stay there again. Just know what you are getting.
