They provide above and beyond amenities to make yourself comfortable, from massage oil to personal hygiene items, sanitize-wrapped cups, remote control, bath robes, and just about any other thing you could want to make a convenient stay without packing toiletries yourself.
The very private check-in process is a notable feature. There are private waiting rooms, just in case your room is not ready upon check-in, and a discreet checkout process. The rooms are comfortable, and the bathrooms are luxurious.
I just can't say enough positive things about this place. It's an excellent place and a really good bang for your buck.

This was the nicest hotel I stayed in, in Japan this trip and was conveniently located near Itami/Osaka airport which is why we booked it. I was thankful the reviews gave me advance notice that it was a "love hotel."

It is a love hotel, but for the amount you it per night compared to the size of the bed and amount of room you get it is very much worth it, the only downside is it’s a bit out of the way in Nara you will likely have to get a taxi or bus to get around

We didn't realize we booked love hotel until check in, but we didn't expect it to be that good. The place was very clean, the bed was super comfy. We liked that there were a lot of additional amenities such as toiletries, bubble baths, body lotions, snacks. Also, the bathroom was very clean and the bath has a jacuzzi option with colorful lights.
The staff was also helpful and they let us check in late in the night.

We went there as a couple since its very close to the airport, not knowing it is a love hotel. We are really surprised, it was an amazing experience. We had no idea what kind of hotel it was.
The staff did not speak English, but they were soooo friendly and helpful, in their own way.
The hotel rooms are big, and over equipped. You have everything to feel yourself comfortable. They even bring your breakfast to your room.
I would stay here again, I definetly recommend it!

The breakfast, the location and the shower where really nice. It saved our stay for one night, but we would have not chosen it if we would have known what a Love hotel was. All the services are perfect for what you would expect from a love hotel, though! There are lockers in the basement that were really useful for us.

A beautiful hotel, probably the best room we stayed in Japan! Rooms are equipped with all the luxuries you can think; massage chair, jacuzzi, king size bed, massager, light settings, even a gambling machine, and so spacious! Whether you want to try the Love Hotel experience in Japan, or are just looking for a luxury stay for an affordable price, stay here! Staff were also very friendly and the 24hr room service was divine! They have a large menu and delicious food. This place is perfect for couples but we went as friends and had a great time.

Loved all the amenities, big bathroom and comfortable bed. Hostess was very kind, and we communicated with Google translate. Didn't realize it was a love hotel (nor did I know what that was), but for us that meant the bed was big and comfortable, the bathroom had tons of amenities, breakfast was included, and it was a great price. We didn't mind checking in late because we were spending the day in Okayama anyway.

This is our first time trying the Love hotel. When we arrived, there was no one to help us check in, fortunately, we were assisted by the staff. I would say this is the best value for money hotel, The room has everything, from karaoke, a massage chair, a sauna, to a jacuzzi bathtub. The only thing we don't quite understand is that once you are in your room, you can't open the door from inside the room, you need to call the front desk to unlock the door. Breakfast was delivered to our room without disturbing us and it was good.
