My stay at this apartment in Kassel was truly exceptional from start to finish. Helena, the host, provided an outstanding level of service. Her communication was seamless, attentive, and highly professional, ensuring that every detail regarding the apartment and the overall stay was clearly explained in advance. This level of care created an immediate sense of comfort and trust. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. It was impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully arranged to provide both comfort and ease. Every element reflected a high standard of quality, making it a pleasure to stay in. The location is equally impressive. Situated conveniently near the city center, it allows for effortless access to Kassel’s key areas. In addition, transportation is literally a minute away from the building, making getting around extremely efficient and stress-free. Overall, this was a beautiful and highly enjoyable stay. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We loved the calm environment and and the apartment had everything we needed. I think we will be back, but for longer next time. My favorite spot was the hammock.
