Wonderfully relaxing and welcoming hotel. Quiet location but just a few minutes' walk to the beach. Some good restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and helped us feel comfortable with our basic French. Most staff speak good English - but some use of French is going to go a long way. Breakfasts are excellent, for an extra charge. Parking was available on the street in front of the hotel. We warmly recommend the Villa du Moulleau!

The apartment is new, in a renovated building with a lovely view of the bay. It is in a high-end neighborhood that is mostly residential with a few very good restaurants. Tastefully decorated, very clean and well-maintained. The beds, sofas, and pillows were all very comfortable. Walking distance to the Dune du Pilat. The host, Linda, was very welcoming and responsive. Easy instructions for entry into the building and the apartment. The building has a lift and flight of stairs from the street. Two bathing rooms and one toilet room. Not a problem for three of us. Kitchen was well-stocked with basic condiments and bottled water. Overall, a comfortable and very pleasant stay. Great place to relax and decompress.
