The place is right in the heart of the town so you are close to everything.

The facility is great, the breakfast outstanding, but above everything the staff. They were always with a smile and making us feel very well cared for. The location is very good, walking distance to many places to eat, the castle and museums.

It was spotless. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Pet friendly Food was really fresh as well

Beautiful apartment in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice.

Some of the most friendly hotel staff we’ve ever encountered. All the employees at the front desk asked how we were doing every time we walked through the lobby. The young lady that managed breakfast was also very attentive, professional, and skilled at making omelettes and coffee. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to the room with the fireplace. The architecture and design of the building is truly mesmerizing. It’s evocative of a Byzantine Inn from nearly a millennium ago. We were kind enough to get a room upgrade free of charge, which was very appreciated. Great bed, shower, welcome gifts, etc. Ioannina itself was gorgeous with its antique old town and beautiful lake being overlooked by snowcapped mountains.

Breakfast and dinner exceptional. Kudos to Gisse. Finally someone who knows how to cook bacon correctly. 2nd time we've stayed. Will always book when in Ioannina

The apartment was in an excellent location, very clean, and had a spacious layout perfect for a family or a group of friends. It had everything necessary for a comfortable stay and felt very safe, quiet, and cozy. I would definitely recommend it and would gladly return to the same building for my next stay. Thank you!

Great apartment beautiful view from the balcony the host was amzing and available any time . There is a free parking in the building and a very safe and quite neighberhood.

That's a really ''must'' home for your trip to Ioannina! The building is brand new , materials, comforts and design is excellent. The area is quite calm and very near to the city , free parking around the street.

Marvelous apartment, just a few minutes from the city center in a quiet area. The Impeccable attention to detail in every aspect was impressive, nothing was missing, quite the opposite we were spoiled with extras that we never anticipated. Konstantinos is an expert in the hospitality industry and that makes all the difference between a pleasant experience and an outstanding experience. Truly a luxury apartment that I recommend wholeheartedly.
