The apartment is quite central and you can visit on foot all major city attractions. All looks exactly like in the photos. Super modern apartment, very comfortable bed and great facilities. We loved the personal touches of the host, very aesthetic, extremely beautiful and such a comfortable space. Everything we needed was available and the host was available at all times for anything. I recommend everyone visit this beautiful apartment, it is an unforgettable experience!

The property has nice installations, nice furnitures and supposedly well equipped kitchen. The hostest was trying to be helpful and responsive! Thought it didnt solve all the problems the apartment has.

Great property! Located about 15 mins walk from the main shopping area and restaurants and about 25-30 walk to the port where ferries are located. Originally we were 6 guest but then ended up being 4. The property with 4 adults, plus luggage, was comfortable. I think it would have been tight with 6 adults. We only spent a night here and wish we had a little more time to enjoy the property.

Amazing apartment! The terrace is HUGE and amazing. Impeccably designed and very clean. Host was great and very communicative. Check in and check out was very easy. Located just a few minutes walk to the tram and metro. Highly recommend.

Hospitality and availability of host

Perfect location for me. *Right next to the Petralona Metro station *Grocery store two very short blocks from the apartment. *Restaurants just outside the apartment *LaundryMat just 250meters/3 minute walk away with washers and dryers. *It’s close enough to the City Center IMO -I walked and used the Metro to get to City Center during my stay.

The location of the apartment is perfect for long-term stays, being a 3-4 minute walk from the supermarket and 5 minutes away from the tram (Mousson Station), making travel to the heart of Athens a breeze and fun adventure. The apartment is spacious, the living room is cozy and the overall utilities were incredibly well thought out. We loved the warm welcome with many basic amenities prepared for us to have an easier start to our stay which painted a very caring and warm welcome to Madeline and Michael's household. We weren't just guests, we felt at home thanks to their very kind hospitality and excellent communication. They ensured our stay was comfortable. The apartment is SPOTLESS. The cleanliness was immaculate and the bedrooms were very comfortable and quiet. Furthermore, they seem to have excellent taste in music. We entered not only a comforting home, but a home with good taste.

I loved everything about my stay. The studio is beautifully decorated and designed. The host has thought of everything. The neighbourhood is safe and the building itself is very secure. The studio is on the top floor of the building and has a massive terrace, where I spent a great deal of time both in the early morning and late at night. It’s a 5 minute walk to Edem beach and a 3 minute walk to the tram line. There are plenty of shops nearby. I spent 10 nights as I visited family and friends and I was sad to say goodbye.

The apartment is amazing, it’s very conveniently located, only 4 metro (subway) stops from city center, which is much better, because downtown in Athens is totally packed with no parking available, but this district is much quieter, with plenty of free parking in front of the apartment building. Our Greek friends recommended us to book this place, because it’s much better to get to the center by metro, and then walk there. The apartment is very cozy, it has comfy beds, it’s very clean, and renovated to the highest standard. Our host, Michail, was amazing: very responsive and proactive, he provided us with his WhatsApp contact in advance, met us personally with the keys, took care of all our requests, provided us nice snacks, coffee/tea, wine, and plenty of bottled water. He also gave us clear check-out instructions in advance, and allowed us to check out an hour later upon request when our younger daughter wasn’t feeling well, and we really needed it. We highly recommend this place to all tourists/visitors of Athens, especially those who rented a car at the airport, and/or have young kids. Kudos to Michail, he is the best host!

The property was very centrally located, a quick hop on the tram to connect to the metro! The property itself was very clean, spacious and new! The host was also very responsive and helped with any questions we had. The apartment has three bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.. extremely helpful for a larger family. The in-house laundry machine was also a huge plus!!

We loved the studio and all the little thoughtful touches, like the extra light in the bathroom, the plants, the mosquito nets. The blend of minimalistic modern and personality, like the table and the lamp shades. You can tell the owner really put some effort in this. It’s well equipped and enough for a couple, we stayed a week. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was great. We met the owner, Alex, and he was really kind and helpful, I feel like we made a friend. :) We parked the car in our spot and used the public system and taxis, very easily.
