The place Amazing location, the view is truly beautiful, such a great pool, great staff the entire place is top level in every aspect, food was Michelin level every night

Very clean and very kind staff, especially the one who work at restaurant/breakfast and bar 10/10. Very good food and tasty from breakfast to dinner. We almost miss to book half board but luckily we got to book dinner , big thank to hotel team.

Great place - very well designed, decorated and furnished The room we had was specious and comfortable with a great view of the mountains. I can clearly say that the hotel was perfectly managed by the staff - everything was organized very well with attention to the smallest detail. We spent 6 nights there and it was magnificent - great breakfast, great dinner, great view from the room. There was a shuttle service to drive you each morning to the slopes and then on request - drive you back. Ski store room was spacious with enough racks for your equipment. Thank you for making our vacation wonderful!

Everything - the most sensational hotel experience from start to finish. My husband and I don’t regularly do 5 star hotels but as it was a honeymoon we stayed one night as a treat. We arrived and bags were taken up to the room for us and we were given a welcome drink and delicious snack whilst being given a talk about the facilities and things to do. Our room was compact but immaculate. Unfortunately I feel unwell during the stay so wasn’t able to go down for dinner in the beautiful restaurant but not to worry as the amazing Granbaita staff brought up a menu to the room and gave us meals from the restaurant in the room, which arrived on a trolly that converted into a table! They were incredibly tasty and presented like a Michelin star restaurant! The spa area and pool - the greatest we’ve ever experienced. Spacious and so well laid out. My husband went into the sauna area and said it was the best steam room he’d ever seen. The breakfast offerings were amazing too, with a great selection and the chef can cook you things like eggs Benedict if you want, with no additional cost! Overall, the Granbaita was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. It was super quiet (we went during ski off season) and the location amongst the mountains was stunning. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful property with exceptional staff, service and food. Large, comfortable, well-appointed room with incredible views of the clocktower and surrounding mountains. Nice complementary wellness center with a hot tub, multiple saunas and relaxation rooms. New towel animal every night!

Everything! What a special place. Views were amazing and both dinner and breakfast made our tastebuds so happy. I will highly recommend to others to choose this hotel if they are in the region. I wish we would have stayed more than one night. Hopefully we will get another opportunity in the future to stay here again.

Absolutely LOVED this hotel. Very cute, the staff was amazing (You rock Lucas!) and the room was extremely comfortable and spacious. Smelled great too! Breakfast was great, we didn't get a chance to experience the dinner but it seemed like and excellent value! 5 stars all around
