Such a lovely boutique hotel! Our room felt as if we were sleeping in a gallery. We had a view of the Duomo and the square below. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. You really don't need a restaurant in the hotel as there are so many options right outside the door. We needed ice for our room, and the staff provided it, as well as fresh water. The lighting in the room was great and there were 'stars' over the bathtub! Make sure to see the Boboli Gardens. It's a nice walk from the hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

Exceptionally friendly staff. On the day when I arrived, my car was broken into, so I asked them for a plastic bag and some tape to close the broken window - they not only gave me these items, but also were very helpful with fixing it. Very friendly and accommodating!

It’s right in the centre, everything was really close. Staff we’re amazing and helpful, they showed us a map of the city and recommended places we could visit. Staff in restaurant we’re also nice every time I sit in the reception someone comes and ask if want to eat or drink something.

A great location for our family of five. There is a luggage storage place right by the front door in case you get in early. It is perfectly located and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is super clean and the staff are awesome they are always smiling and willing to help at anytime, once i checked in i found a message on the bed from the hotel management which is great thing to start my stay with and since that i was already happy i chose them Also the breakfast people are super friendly specially Roshan and hanibae thanks guys for making each morning special

the place is wonderful, very comfortable and elegant, the view is reliefing, and the restaurant is of high quality. There is free parking inside. Receptionists are very professional, kind, polite, and helpful. There is also an arab receptionist who was the sweetest and most helpful ever. We extended our stay for 1 more night through the hotel. Definitly staying there again in the future.

The rooms and the location were perfect !

We had a great stay at The Moon Boutique Hotel & Spa. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the ability to use the spa facilities. The breakfast is very nice. The staff was very accomodating and always ready to help. The hotel is situated less than 10 minutes from the SMN train station. The city center is close-by, about 20 minutes by foot.

Location : close to everything, 10 mins walking from the cath santa maria, easy walk. Breakfast: very good, clean and kind staff. Room: the room was so clean, also the bath.

The location is superb - a two minute walk from the tram, I got out of the airport, into a tram and came straight to the hotel and probably walked a total of less than 5min out of the airport to the hotel. The location is super convenient, it's a good place to be if you need to take the train to either the Florence airport or from the Santa Maria train station to somewhere when you check out bc you can also leave your luggage with them at the front desk :) Service - staff at desk check in is amazing! I think one of the best experiences I've ever at in Italy at a hotel and I've stayed at many. Super welcoming, very accommodating, really friendly and all around very helpful. I personally made a hiccup in my itinerary and had to stay an extra night, and they helped me extend my stay for another night with ease. Thank you so much to Goli who helped me check in but went the extra mile to really feel welcome with my stay here! Rooms - rooms are petite as all rooms in Italy city centers are, but has everything you need and is clean. I stayed in a single bedroom with my giant luggage and felt like there was still enough space for me to be comfortable. I loved that there is a desk for anyone who needs to work out of the hotel room.

A clean hotel near the train station, situated in a safe area and within walking distance of major tourist attractions! Staff Angela is great!

A beautiful hotel, and an amazing staff

Room was immaculately clean and new - large bathroom, lovely lighting throughout the flat. Lots of space for lounging, comfortable bed and pillows (love a pillow menu). In a quiet part of Florence but close to the river and easy walk into the center.

The property is just close to everything ,clean & cozy. The people how work in reception was so friendly & helpful specially miss Anita was so kind to us and she give us brief where is nice spot to visit in florance

I loved the property it is very clean and modern. It is quiet if you want to relax and sleep well. Giada and Marco where absolutely amazing. They respond very quickly every time you need them. The location is unbeatable! I recommend without a doubt! Everything was perfect and i had and unforgettable vacation 🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️. Giada is the sweetest and best hostess i have had in my life!!! 😃
