Great location, spacious rooms and very well-arranged. The staff provided take away breakfast and coffee as our flight was very early, which was a very nice touch. We'd definitely stay again.

We stayed here for NZFW. Meet with owners - who where incredibly lovely. The location is stunning and so central we could walk everywhere. The balcony and apartment were both large. the Spa was amazing

It was very clean and just right for our group. It’s situated in a nice quiet and safe area. Easy check in and check out. The best part about it that it’s 5mins away from Omiston Shopping centre and 15mins away from Manukau Mall.

Hotel Fitzroy is in a neighborhood whose main street is Ponsonby, a street with shops, restaurants (we ate dinner in the area every night) and nightlife that many visiting Auckland might never go. The hotel itself is about 125 meters from Ponsonby in a quiet neighborhood of lovely homes. To start, the staff cannot be complimented enough. Pablo and Eric went above and beyond time and time again from which wine tour to take, which restaurant to eat in and which route to take to walk the almost 2.5km to the port, downhill the whole way. No request was beyond their doing. The day we arrived they got brand new mattresses for all the rooms, and they are ultra luxury mattresses and sheets. The made to order breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The facilities are what you would expect in an upscale bed and breakfast. Highly recommended.

Beautiful room and garden. Very clean and well stocked with a several nice, thoughtful touches. Property owner was very kind and helpful. Location was great. Close to several good cafes, restaurants and coffee places. Easy walking to several areas of interest and next to a large park with beach access.

Amazing home in a beautiful location, right by the beach with restaurants.in walking distance. Others only a few minutes drive away. House was well equipped, the garage parking super handy for rainy days. Only a few of split system air conditionings and we only needed two, house kept so warm and toasty! They aren't built like our Aussie homes 😅 Kids had a great time, they thought the big house was amazing. The fresh fruit and lovely baked vegan bread was a beautiful touch. I felt very very fortunate to have spent my 30th birthday here. We will definitely try and stay here again if we come back to New Zealand ❤️ Thank you for letting us stay in your gorgeous home Eva. Everything. It really was an exceptional place. My favorite things: The backyard is big and well maintained and the lounge and kitchen area opens up to it nicely. You're a 5 minute walk to an exceptional cafe and a 10 minute walk to everything in Ponsonby. The house represents the area well, my friends have places just like it, so you really are in an environment that's just like a Grey Lynn/Ponsonby local.

Charming cottage with easy access to shopping and public transport in a quiet older neighborhood. A wonderfully peaceful retreat between more action packed adventures .
