The house was bright, spacious and comfortable with everything needed for a short or longer stay. The heated pool added an extra value in February, it was much appreciated.The staff was friendly and helpful.

Wonderful Stay at Carvoeiro Gardens – Highly Recommended! We had an amazing stay at Carvoeiro Gardens from July 12–17 (and ended up staying an extra night because we loved it so much!). The accommodation was excellent – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The entire facility is beautifully maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere and very friendly people all around. Beach was 15 min walking . We especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool and spending time at the mini golf area – both were great additions that made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Ines, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Communication with her was easy and always prompt. She went out of her way to help us extend our stay and offered plenty of useful suggestions for local activities and great restaurants to try in the area. We truly enjoyed every moment and highly recommend Carvoeiro Gardens to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant getaway. We hope to return in the future! Mariana and the crew ❤️

After a 6 day stay, our group of five can’t understand why Vale do Milho doesn’t have a 10 out of 10 score?! We LOVED the modern, huge, fully equipped condo and were sad to leave it. We were very comfortable there. The staff, Sandra and Andre did everything they could to insure we had a great experience and the cleaning staff did a fine job of cleaning our condo (unit #4). We would not hesitate staying in this gated community again and highly recommend it, to others.

Super location, close to bars, shops, beach. Apartment is perfect, clean, and has everything you need. Our Host, Carlos was friendly and very helpful, always on the end of the phone if needed. will be back again.

The villas are absolutely gorgeous with everything you want or need. The indoor pool and hot tub were very nice. The electric bikes that were available free of charge was a very pleasant bonus.

The location was perfect and the unit was modern, clean and had stunning views. It has everything we could have needed for my family of four. My kids loved the pool and we were so close to the beach. I preferred the beach right in front of the building vs the bigger beach that was a ten minutes walk away. Great restaurants nearby, easy walk to the busy area. I really could come back here and stay for a month! The apartment was so beautiful, I loved waking up to the views and sounds of the ocean and that you could shower with a view of water as well! Highly recommend this place, we hope to come back!

Located 20 min walking distance away from the beach, cafes and restaurants. Having a rental car there is a plus - we took short road trips to Ferragudo- charming village with beautiful Praia dos Caneiros, and Sagres - to visit the fortress and to try out surfing at Praia do Tonel . Parking is free at the apartment complex. We loved the terrace - perfect to enjoy breakfast in the morning. The apartment was spacious enough for five persons, newly renovated and clean. The owners communicated promptly and effectively. We would definitely recommend it!

Villa was as expected from the pictures if not better, all the rooms were very spacious and every room had an ensuite except for the bunk bed room but there was a family bathroom that room could use so great for everyone to have their own space. Location was so close to Alvor and Rocha literally minutes in the car and you can walk to a beach too. Nelson was great at letting us in and was very friendly and polite as he did the maintenance twice a week but was very respectful and always checked with us if he could do the gardening/ pool. Host and Nelson was amazing at sorting two cots for us as we had two young boys with us and they also offered to sort us an extra high chair but the toddle was happy with their seating. Couldn't recommend more for families or groups of friends. Thanks so much for having us.

The apartment was easy to find and matched the location perfectly on GPS. On arrival, you’ll need to park briefly on the street (about 5 minutes) to collect the keys upstairs, and then you can park in the garage. It’s a bit of a hassle, but perfectly manageable. Access is straightforward: take the elevator to the sixth floor and then one short flight of stairs to the seventh. The neighborhood is diverse, with many Indian families, all of whom were friendly and respectful during our stay. We saw no reason to feel unsafe in any way. The apartment itself is small but spotless, modern, and extremely well equipped. You’ll find everything you need to cook, rest, shower, and watch TV (with full cable and streaming subscriptions). There’s even a dishwasher and washing machine with detergents provided. The highlight is the spacious outdoor terrace, perfect for enjoying meals, barbecuing, sunbathing, or relaxing in the jacuzzi. The host is very responsive and provides a UK contact number, but replies instantly via WhatsApp. For example, when we mentioned that we were missing charcoal for the barbecue, it was delivered to our door within five minutes—fantastic service. The beach is a one minute walk away. Small waves are great to enjoy and feel safe with kids. Overall, this apartment offers an excellent combination of comfort, convenience, and value, with a host who goes above and beyond.

Very clean, comfortable sized rooms, with everything in working order (appliances, electrical, blinds, plumbing). Bright and sunny, very walkable neighborhood, quiet and we felt safe. We travel alot and found this a great value!

The check-in process was smooth, and the host Andreea was helpful and responsive whenever we needed anything. Everything worked as expected WiFi, AC, kitchen appliances which made the stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Portimão with a group. It felt like a proper home away from home.

Amazing view and amazing beach!! Beautiful interior and exterior of the apartment. Pretty much everything was beautiful! The host was very kind and attentive to my requests and needs.
