The hotel had a very good location, situated just around 100 meters from the Dragon Bridge, with a direct view of the river in the very heart of Da Nang city. The view was absolutely marvelous, especially in the evening, and the rooftop bar was also very special, offering some of the best views in Da Nang.

Great location - close to Han market, Korean town, and just minutes to My The Beach. The villa is cozy, clean, and perfect for our group.The host was super helpful, arranged our BaNa hills tickets and made everything easy.Definitely a great choice for Danang getaway

Everything was on point ! Exactly as the photos The staff are very nice and welcoming. Big shout out to Tony, the owner. He follows up with everything to get sure that his guests are enjoying their stay. He was up at 8 am on Sunday to help me get inside after I forgot the key card.

This hotel was accommating , perfect for a family to stay . It wa so spacious and they allowed us a late check out , over all everyone was so nice and the property was clean and in a perfect area close to everything

Great facilities for family and kids

Breakfast was fantastic, and the location was great for a walk to My Khe beach. Liêu was super helpful and friendly towards us during our stay as were all of the staff. Shout out to the bar server who mixed me an awesome Negroni upon request.

The staff from the entry door to the info desk and beyond, were all super lively, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the view from beach side was breathtaking. The beach is literally couple of steps away from the Hotel. The gym and swimming were clean and so well-maintained. The restaurant offered a variety of food for breakfast everyday. Super satisfied with the experience and would definitely recommend it!

Was very clean and great service

The breakfast selection was great - I looked forward to coming for breakfast every morning. They had a special coffee every morning, and that was really nice. The room and bathroom facilities were excellent. But what was most impressive was the staff service. They could remember who we were, and even some of our preferences, and what we ordered the day before. I loved the space, it didn't feel like anyone was encroaching upon our personal space. Food was a little on the pricey side, but I suppose it's to be expected at a resort. Love the pool as well!

The staff was so helpful and supportive. It was right on the beach side and had close proximity to a lot of attractions. Even the airport was close by. We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was exemplary and the staff would go above and beyond to help.

Staff was very accommodating and very helpful. Our family didn't have an itinerary for our 7 days stay but we were able to explore a lot of Da Nang with the help of the front desk, they recommended and booked us our tour and transportation.

The service was exceptional. Rooms are big and bright. Complementary tea and breakfast were good.

We loved our stay at Palazzo hotel. Rooms are spacious, bigger than most we stayed in. Central AC, easy to control. Staff was very polite and helpful. Its right around the corner from the beach and bunch or restaurants and bars. And the rooftop pool is available, which was pretty nice. Definitely recommend this hotel.
