My stay at the Golden Legend Palace Hotel was amazing! Rose, May and Daisy were incredibly kind and helpful. They booked the transfer to my next hotel in Ninh Binh and they also checked on my transfer to Ha Long Bay, telling me exactly where the driver was and when they would arrive for pick-up. This was super helpful as I was unable to contact the car myself. Breakfast is very nice and plentiful, the room is clean and the bed is nice and soft was well. Location is amazing at walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake, Hang Ma street and Dong Xuan Market, etc. Would very much recommend.

First and the most important thing is the receptionist “charlotte” , what an amazing person and beautiful soul , she is soo soo welcoming with a smile and she was very helpful when she knew that i had a problem with my flight and she offered solutions also for me , and she also gave me a good recommendations where to go and what to do aince its ny first time here in vietnam ..
