Reception desk staff EXCELLENT, especially Chan who was very helpful, caring, customer oriented and professional. He should be cloned and sent throughout the hotel industry. Excellent breakfast, restaurant, and restaurant staff. Grounds are GORGEOUS, a photographer's delight. Rooms extra large are clean and comfortable. Loved the pool. Quiet, great rest.

Large spacious hotel in central location. The night market is a step away from the hotel but you would never guess as the hotel retains a private and quiet air. There is a central courtyard which contains the pool area, flanked by reception and the restaurant on two sides and the rooms on the other two sides. Breakfast is varied and starts early which is convenient if you have an early tour. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Please use their sunset tour service. It was perfect and worth every cent. I would recommend you have a good camera on hand to take some fantastic sunset scenes.
