Perfect location, on the Main Street but closer to the river.

The rooms were nice, clean, and huge! The grounds were very nice. The pool was smaller than expected but cool and refreshing. The highlight of this hotel is the restaurant area! The breakfast was amazing and dinner was very romantic. Must book!

Friendly staffs. The front desk guys are also there to greet you when you walk in and and out.

We were very close the the river. Lot's of coffee shops and restaurants close by!

The service. Tom, was an amazing host.

Everything about the property was wonderful, and I would not even think of staying anywhere else when in Luang Prabang. The rooms are very comfortable with modern luxuries and touches of authentic local culture. The staff and owner of the hotel are all warm and kind and are the shining star, while the perfect location and delicious food are also exceptional. The breakfast overlooking the Mekong was rhetorical perfect start to any day. Be sure to take the complimentary sunset boat ride. Also, the hotel arranged a private boat and car to the Kuang Si Waterfalls leaving from the hotel dock. Highly recommend this experience.

It was not my first stay at Villa Oasis. I keep coming back whenever I am in Luangprabang. Such a nice location and a nicely place. Excellent and friendly staff.

Reasonably priced single room only for central Luang Prabang. Location was really good. Staff were friendly and helpful. View was amazing Excellent location, one safety concern and check your bedding requirements!

Excellent, food was delicious. Beautiful 2 big lily ponds. Staffs are super. They provide the welcome drink and fruits. Also free bicycle.

Very cozy room, compact but bathroom was good size. Comfortable bed and pillows. It had been very cold at night and I was supprised to see electric heaters in the room which I did use. Never stayed in a place in Laos with heaters. Was there only one night but very helpful staff, like everywhere in Laos. It's like old style wood Lao houses but contemporary inside. Very large swimming pool which I didn't get to use. The owner, Henery was there to greet me on arrival, maybe just a coninsidence? He also showed up in the morning at breakfast. Very hands on personal touch by the owner.

Amazing view, lovely terrace and very helpful staff with booking train tickets and other tourist visits. The breakfast was delicious! Location is exceptional

I had a fantastic stay at this family-owned villa, run by an incredibly warm and hospitable young couple. The riverside location is unbeatable and perfectly convenient, just a short walk to the Old Town and most major attractions in Luang Prabang. I was generously upgraded to a spacious room, and the charming balcony with a river view was definitely the highlight. I also really enjoyed having breakfast in the garden. The host is extremely helpful. He even lent me his scooter to go exchange money when I urgently needed cash. Highly recommend!

Had an excellent stay here, such a great relaxing place to come back to at the end of long hot days exploring, clean, quiet room, a good breakfast, a great swimming pool and Kai was so very helpful and efficient with any bookings, advice or requests.

Great location, very clean interior, daily room cleaning, lots of activities offers, nice and variant breakfast options. The owner was very nice and accommodating.
