BrazilThe hotel is brand new ( built in 2021) so everything is in perfect condition.
Location for was perfect, as it is on the side of the road, but you can't hear any noise from inside the room.
Very comfy bed, walk in shower ( which I really appreciate) and room size (22m2)
Breakfast is excellent, many options, fruits, yogurt, cereals, different types of bread and cheese , smoked salmon and so on. Very complete.
This was our second night there, we stayed there on our way to Cornwall and stayed there on our return from Cornwall. For us, it was excellent.

i did not like anything about this place , mostly i would say so far it would be the worst Marriott i would have stayed

Great spot. Everything you should expect from the Marriott brand. The room was perfect, a great size.
Extremely comfortable bed, we slept nearly 10 hours thanks to the blackout curtains and the ability to set our preferred room temperature.
Dinner options were a little limited, but everything was delicious, and the staff lovely.
Breakfast had everything you could imagine, and was very nice.

The hotel itself was good!
Service was poor - there was a lady at the reception, who spoke to you rudely. Also wants details which is not usually asked on check-in when done via booking.
Breakfast is included on the package, but it was quite poor for a standard such as Marriott! I've stayed at other Marriott chains, and this is possibly the worse.

We were unaware that we had to pay for parking and this was an issue. Secondly, altho the receptionist was friendly - she failed to take our car registration details for parking; did not brief us as to where to go for breakfast; and it did not seem that there was enough clarity around check in. On the other hand, the personnel serving wine were knowledgable and this was attributed to training undertaken a few weeks earlier.
