Loved everything especially staff. Bed was lumpy and needs replacing. Previous stays at Mercure beds were great.

Excellent stay . We love staying at the Mercure in Townsville . Everything is clean . The room was beautiful and spacious . We were overlooking the lake and had a small balcony area as well . It was perfect . We will stay at the Mercure whenever we come in from the station . Thankyou for the exceptional service .

The pool area was excellent and we could view the kids in the pool area while we relaxed in the bar area.
The rooms were clean and the space for the kids to play outside was alot of fun according to my kids!
