The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel (Mercure Lungomare) was undergoing renovations so they moved us to the Artis hotel. They communicated beforehand and made sure we were happy with the move or whether we would like to cancel our booking.
The breakfast was great and had a good variety. The facilities were clean and in good condition.
