Overall the hotel and casino were lovely. We especially enjoyed the pool at the MGM part of the hotel which was easily accessible from the Borgata. The gym in the Borgata was also very nice.

Loved it. It was clean and bright and it smelled amazing. We stayed on the new MGM side. Everything was immaculate with all new amenities. It was so refreshing.

Facility staff unprepared at time of visit. Onsite staff were not knowledgeable. Disturbing partying from room above after 12:00 am. Information concerning parking for MGM tower guest was confusing and wrong in our situation.
