MGM Resorts Hotels in Detroit

Staff were horrible they couldn't find my information so I could check in, they said my name was backwards on the reservation. Security was very rude stating I didn't want to show my I but I had been in the casino all night they were very rude I Won't ever book another hotel at MGM

I liked everything about the room. it was clean and everything was in order. Staff was very helpful with this being our first time at an MGM.

I had a reservation for 5 nights during the recent strike. Although due to this the hotel was short of personell the remaining staff did everything to make me feel good. After 3 nights I decides to leave as it seamed to me that Detroit was falling asleep due to the strikes. The management let me go without charging the remaining 2 nights and without discussion. It was simply great how management and staff acted in this very difficult situation. Thank you very much. MGM Resorts are at the top of my personal recommendation list.

All of the staff that I encountered at the MGM Grand Detroit were amazing. Very kind, courteous and helpful. The room was clean and beautiful and the valet service was quick and efficient. All of the amenities were very nice. I do wish there would have been a mini fridge in the room.

Well, Cyber attack when we we could not check in! And so a little difficult to say the least! But is always whether it MGM Grand in Vegas or Detroit we pulled through and had a great time!. I hope everyone's personal information is safe
