Clean and spacious, friendly staff, will stay again.

The property appeared to be an older property but had been refurbished to a high standard without compromising the nature of the original property on which it stands and is incorporated into. The restaurant is in keeping with age of the original property and the menu provides a good choice which is well presented and of good quality. Table service was excellent. The accommodation was very good with a table, TWO chairs and a sofa, a wide screen TV and a comfortable bed. It is just a short drive to the centre of Armidale although you could walk if you enjoy walking. Reception was friendly and efficient.

The location was great, staff were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with the cleaning crew always making sure that everything was good.

Super clean, modern, updated rooms in close walking proximity to Armidale eats and attractions. Very friendly and helpful owner and staff.

Clean sheets, clean room everything is available for short stays. Mr Zeeshan at the front desk was super helpful and let us stay past our checkout time due to having young kids with us who slept in. Would definitely recommend this place. Thank you

Room was massive. Is right next to restaurants and pubs. On a main road but still quiet. Staff were fantastic helpful and friendly.

The rooms are spotless although the old decor may not satisfy some, likewise the bathroom. However, while an old design it delights with actual function. Some designs have lasted for the very good reason that they actually work - really well. Extremely comfortable.

They had tooth brush available in the rooms - never seen this before in an Australian motel They had 3 Easters eggs on each towel (room slept 3) very nice touch
