The motel is extremely well maintained and obviously run with love and care. Our room was warm and welcoming. The heater and electric blankets were great, as we stayed in the middle of winter and it was cold outside. The room was simple and classy and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and it was very clean. The hosts were friendly and made us feel welcome and cared for.
The motel is at the end of the town centre street, very easy walking to the restaurants, waterfront and shops. We would definitely stay again.

The motel was easy to find as we arrived in Akaroa. Great location; just a short walk into town and there was a fun little pub and restaurant across the road. Free parking. The check-in staff were a highlight, super kind and gave us some tips on what to see and do while we were in town. They even had DVDs you could borrow to play in your room which I thought was cute. The room was as described and had everything we need. Clean, spacious, warm, and had a little balcony overlooking a stream. I'd definitely stay here again.

The staff are so friendly this was our second time staying at the motel and the staff remembered us from our previous stay. Very friendly and welcoming. Room was perfect. Everything you need and close enough but not too close to the beach front. Nice private and quiet stay. Will keep returning. Keep up the great work. Thank you so much
