For the most part, we enjoyed everything about this property. The looks the feel the comfort the cleanliness. The only small frustrating part about it is check-in is impersonal. You have to show up they send you a text. You have to fill out a form receive another text a little complicated, but we got through it.

The beds are super comfortable and some of the best I've slept on. The front desk clerk went above what was required to make me feel comfortable. My daughter had checked us in, but didn't make any special requests. The clerk had originally given us a 2nd floor room and although the hotel had an elevator for me to use, he changed our room to the 1st floor when he saw I used a cane to walk. He gave us a room closer to the front door as well. It was greatly appreciated.
