No AC ...no cooling water if u ask....if we tell to clean room they are not responding..after we enter room they are saying we forget.....not working refrigerator.... reception no response....I will be happy when ever we live in Novotel but 1st time this kochi Novotel experience was very bad 😞

Novotel was a complete disaster of a stay. No value for money. I paid upfront for the full stay. They charged me for an extra bed without a cot and expected us to sleep on the floor.
