Novotel in Hamburg met absolutely all expectations. We had a smooth arrival, stay and departure. Breakfast was superb, the beds were really comfortable and pleasant. We came for the Half Marathon and the hotel staff allowed us to shower afterwards there, even though we had to leave the keys earlier on that day. Location was also great, really well connected.
