Amazing staff working there, very helpful. Hotel is okay, but could be better for the Novotel chain. The room was fine, we did not expect much, everything was clean. Nice pool and outside lounge, but working hours are limited. If you are staying for 1 night, you cannot use the pool in the morning as it will be open from 12.

The Novotel hotel was very nice, elegant, and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was pretty good.

We chose Novotel because of the location that is so close to Fabrique. Very convenient if you are about to go to an event there.
