JapanBreakfast was ok, not quite as good as other places. French Dinner was GREAT ! Everything was delicious and well prepared. Even the sauces were great. Would love to eat this food again and stay here again. Onsen was great and the room was beautiful. Also, the view was beautiful.Visitor from Tokyo loved this prpperty,the food and the service.

PhilippinesFinally able to book a hotel in Goshogawara! The best decision to stay here. So peaceful even the Golden Week started. Never felt rush and enjoy the view the majestic Mt Iwaki at the restaurant. The onsen relieve your body pain from walking! The food is huge. Even extended my stay here at it closer to my destinations

Fantastic ski in/ski out location, excellent indoor/outdoor Onsen, great buffet meals with a wide variety of Japanese and western options, large well appointed rooms, excellent customer service.

Location is prefect, staff are helpful and nice, room is clean and tidy, and also the hot spring is very soothing after ski.

We bought half board packages living in a Japanese style room. Good experience to staying in a hot Spring hotel. Very good Coffee. I would not say Dinner buffet was fantastic but most food were delicious . All you can drink, including alcohol was a bonus.
