The location was perfect with good view over everything. And is super close to universal city and the train station. so everything is easy to get to

Super friendly staff, fantastic rooms for the price, super comfortable and tons of amenities.

The room was very large for three adults. everything was clean and the view was overlooking the park. The location can't be beat, just few minutes walk from USJ gate and surrounded by many restaurants for a quick meal after leaving the park.

THE BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME!! THE best in the country so far. Awesome japanese foods that are palatable to ALL tastes including western. The poké bowls were incredible. Awesome onsen. Definitely 10/10 would return from the whole experience.

The hotel was super easy to get to from the Osaka Loop Line and had convenience stores and restaurants nearby as well as in the hotel. The staff were lovely and helpful from the minute we walked in. The room was lovely and a decent size when many hotels in Japan are quite compact. Having hotspring water in the bath/shower was wonderful for a good soak. The bed was very comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast each morning.

I really enjoyed my stay at this traditional Japanese hotel. Everything was perfect : location, staff, amenities and super breakfast.

The baths and saunas are among the best of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The restaurant is also great, with attentive staff, a relaxing atmosphere, and good drink sets.

Locations- easy access to transport network and shopping sites.

The service was top notch! So was the onsen. It was a really relaxing experience!

Good facilities, including washing machine and dryer. The onsen was great - I was the only guest there on a weekday afternoon. There was a steam sauna room as well. I liked the massage chairs and free ice-blocks. The room was comfortable and quiet. Location was good - just 4 minutes walk to the Kitahama subway station and the Kitahama Plaza supermarket.

Wonderful hotel, I loved the rooms, its size, amenities downstairs even with 'home clothes', onsen, staff, free drinks downstairs and luggage storage!

It is super clean and the hotel staff is very polite. The food is very delicious and everyday there is some dishes new. Highly recommended to anyone who is staying at Osaka.

Overall, the accommodation was excellent. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and always smiling, making tourists feel welcome. The management was well organized, and there were complimentary drinks and ramen provided for guests, which I found very impressive. The location was also very convenient, as it is close to a subway exit and a 24-hour supermarket, making it easy to shop anytime
