Amazing traditional ryokan with a beautiful garden and super caring staff. Very goos kaiseki dinner and traditional breakfats were very tasty and plentiful. It has hot mineral water source onsen (traditional male/female room separation) and it is open practically 24 hours! So you can go there really at any time you like, even at night, and relax. It almost never happened to us that there were more than 3 people at once and you get to enjoy the beautiful garden view from the onsen all by yourself. The garden is very well cared for and has a careful selection of flowers/trees that make the place photohenic from absolutely every angle. We visited at spring and it was full of roses and cherry blossoms. The rooms overlook the garden it's just really breathtaking.

I love the way we were greeted although we could not speak Japanese the staff tried their best to help us. The young lady who was at the front desk guided and walked with the shoe locker area and to the hotel elevators and showed us how to use the hotel card. From the use of the Onsen to the breakfast buffet was an awesome experience we will never forget.

Loved this hotel! Super easy to walk to from the airport. Check in was fun with the robot dinosaurs. We had the 3 person room with projector. Excellent space. The water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. And! There is a delicious 24 hour diner right across the way called Joyful. We never saw anyone. Felt like we had the whole place to ourselves.

Overall, the accommodation was excellent. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and always smiling, making tourists feel welcome. The management was well organized, and there were complimentary drinks and ramen provided for guests, which I found very impressive. The hotel was super easy to get to from the Osaka Loop Line and had convenience stores and restaurants nearby as well as in the hotel. The staff were lovely and helpful from the minute we walked in. The room was lovely and a decent size when many hotels in Japan are quite compact. Having hotspring water in the bath/shower was wonderful for a good soak. The bed was very comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast each morning.
