Great service and wonderful facilities! Staff are helpful with good English communication. I really enjoyed the public hot spring; it was very therapeutic. The onsite restaurant is also a big plus—the meals were delicious.

The corner room has a window with city view of the train. The room is not very large. You can place a big suitcase, but it may leave little space to walk, which is quite normal for hotels in Japan. The hotel also provides free parking. For those traveling by train, the location is very convenient. Near Aeon mall. There is a free ice /coffee machine available. Free onsen

The location of the property is near Watari IC exit so it was easy to find. The host was very kind and easy to talk to. I was able to take a bath to wash away the tiredness from driving over 7 hours. One of the best places that I’ve ever stayed at.

Great and I mean GREAT service. The staff were amazing, catering to every need. The place is quiet and very zen. It is perfect for those looking for peace and want to meditate. The onsen facilities are clean and heavenly. There was a private onsen in my room and I enjoyed it ALOT.

The room is small, as most of the Japanese city hotel rooms. But we only use it to sleep, so it doesn't matter to us. The service was great from the staff. Breakfast is adequate using local produces. We enjoyed the onsen bath. Easy walking distance to Sendai station even for my 80 year old mother. Plenty of restaurants around. Great price. Loved it.

The spa was really great for casual baths. The cold spa wasn't freezing but cold enough to feel get the shivers, the baths were hot enough to stimulate the skin, the sauna was spacious enough. The free beer token and after-bath accommodations were the cherry on top. I'm very appreciative of my stay in Sendai and I think a good amount of that is because of this hotel.
