Properties with Onsen in Tanabe

The host was very accommodating when I arrived a lot later than planned, which I really appreciate. The beds were comfy, facilities all clean and new. Would definitely stay again

It sits right on the harbor at Kii Tanabe. Spectacular sunsets and sunrises. Great onsen waters. Hotel chefs accommodated my need to be gluten free perfectly despite how difficult it is with Japanese food. That kindness will always be appreciated. Great staff!

Onsen was very nice! I liked the beds, comfy with cotton sheets although pillows and comforters seemed to be polyester, the sheets were very nice! The staff is very kind, and they helped provide me glasses and hot water to brew my own coffee!

The host Masao San was very jolly and welcoming. The house was well kept and the rooms very comfortable.

Breakfast and dinner, owner’s cooking is outstanding and so friendly, all facilities are exceed the expectations specifically the massage sofa

The property was spacious and clean. The property gave us snacks and drinks which were very delicious and thoughtful. The owner was so friendly and went through the whole house with us. It was the most pleasant experience on Kumano Kodo.

Amazing food in a really nice family Ryokan. The onsen water was pure silk 🤩, the best onsen water we ever had, and the bath was really cute with a view over the river (that you access through a cool tunnel under the road, James Bond style).

The hotel was a fun experience. It is a traditional ryokan and onsen. We did feel slightly out of place with being one of only a few foreigners, but everyone was nice and accommodating. The food was delicious and the atmosphere majestic.

breakfast was great with beautiful display, hotel was clean and beautiful. The staffs were very kind, everything was great. We will be back for sure.

Very lovely wooden house, super clean and well-equipped, sufficient amenities, very very quiet during the night, comfortable beds. A huge pharmacy/supermarket is nearby.

Thoughtful services. The staff noticed that we have an elderly traveler, he immediately got us a higher chair to ensure the elderly can sit comfortably. There are staff who can speak English which was very helpful. The food portion was more than enough and every dish was tasty. We would love to visit again!

The facilities was clean and decent. There is a free osen in the hostel, and available for 24 hours. The location of the hostel was nice, it is walkable to the beach and attractions. It was a special experience to have a stay at this hostel of a mixture taste of India and Japanese. There was an India restaurant inside the hostel, the curry was traditional and tasty. And the hostler had a great story to tell with India. The hostler and staff were so warm hearted. They offered me a drive to the railway station and helped me with the ticket in minutes. Thank you so much. ☺️

Japanese style room that was really lovely. It was quiet. It was clean. It was comfortable. There was a shuttle service that picked us up and dropped us off. One staff member was particularly helpful in helping us send our bags ahead to the next town. Very nice young man. Would definitely recommend for a stay. Onsen was lovely. Highly recommend
